Kelley School offers scholarships and financial aid to the meritorious students. I was offered this position by the Kelley School of Business under the same program. I work 12 hours per week during the regular school weeks. I assist a professor in the Management Department with administrative and research activities.

Taught Mathematics and Science to class IX / X students.

Helped children with making handicrafts such as wall hangings, greeting cards. Assisted the kids in improving their spoken English skills.

Designed and developed a library of components which could be used for building websites.

Analyzed existing business workflow, identified redundant events and suggested process enhancements to the existing Service Assurance Process. Conducted interviews with the stakeholders of multiple systems, identifying messaging specifics and creating a framework for a common interface. Led hands-on training sessions for 20 new team members to orient them in process design of a unified service management platform.
