Ms. Knoble boasts 12 years of professional experience, with the last two years spent at her current position at Adobe Systems, a company specializing in high-end software solutions. An expert in software product management, software globalization and international software markets, she is responsible for managing international market development, focusing on growing Adobe’s business in emerging markets. Prior to becoming director, she earned her stripes at Adobe as a quality engineer, product manager, group product manager for the Adobe InDesign family of products and the Creative Solutions business, principal product manager for globalization, and director for corporate product management.

Born and raised in Japan, she is fluent in Japanese, Ms. Knoble previously worked as an office manager for a Japanese-American company and as a quality engineer for a Japanese localization company, and helped develop a version of InDesign geared specifically for the Japanese market. Launched in 2001, the project took three years to complete and is considered by Ms. Knoble to be the highlight of her career thus far. She is proud to be working for Adobe, and maintains that money, title or status never figured in her career choices as much as the enjoyment and fulfillment she found in doing the work. She attributes her success to her flexibility, personal drive and ability to take on new and different projects and make them successful.
