About
After ten years of practicing with immigration firms in the United States and Canada, I hung my own shingle in June 2009. Slightly less than a year later, I joined forces with a long time friend and immigration super lawyer, Christina Wallace. We manage an immigration boutique with offices in the SF Bay Area and Washington DC Metro which is dedicated to helping immigrants through personal and skillful representation. Our strength lies in our ability deal with a wide range of immigration matters and complex human interactions, both vital to good immigration practice.
My own immigration background includes in-depth experience across a number of immigration sub-specialties, including high volume corporate immigration, cross border representation, consular processing, family based immigration and deportation defense. I graduated from Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and from the SUNY Buffalo School of Law. I am licensed to practice law by the State of New York and have been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2003.
I enjoy blogging and tweeting about recent developments, important trends and inspiring stories in US immigration and invite you to read my blog and follow me on twitter.
I would appreciate referrals to corporate HR, in-house counsel, media or foreign nationals in need of immigration advice.
